Seend CLT 2026 AGM
The 2026 Seend CLT AGM (for subscribing members only) will be held on Thursday 10th September 2026 at 7:30 pm in the Irene Usher Memorial Pavilion, Rusty Lane, Seend SN12 6NS. The AGM calling notice and agenda may be downloaded here. Members are asked to please register their intention to attend here. Proxy Voting forms may be downloaded from the AGM registration page. Registration also helps us get the seating and refreshments right, thank you!
Seend Masterplan Proposal: As the Seend Neighbourhood Plan is about to start the periodic updating process, Seend CLT would like to hear your views on an idea for a 20-year 'Masterplan' which it is proposed will form a basis for a Neighbourhood Plan update. The update starts in September 2026.
Following on from the September 2026 'Masterplan' presentation the CLT would like to share the feedback received from Gerard Evenden's ideas. Please come along to a further public presentation on the ideas to improve and possibly transform our village over the next 20 years. Thursday 15th October 2026, 7:30 pm, Seend Community Centre, Peter Fisher Hall - all welcome. Curious to know more?

Seend Community Land & Asset Trust
Empowering our communitySeend Community Land and Asset Trust (Seend CLT) is a locally powered initiative, supported by national and local government through the Community Land Trust Network and other agencies. Seend CLT will enable parishioners to access affordable housing and develop, preserve and care for local assets for their benefit in perpetuity. All Seend parishioners over the age of 16 years may be CLT members. The CLT currently has over 230 members.
